Our property management division has an enviable and long standing reputation spanning 28 years for providing quality personal service to local and overseas property owners and investors.
Our team includes experienced property managers (see below) and the support of Merrilyn Wiley (Office Manager) and James Manning (IT Manager), using the latest technology and systems to provide consistent and dependable results.
James has been working with the Nanette Lilley team for 19 years and during that time has supported both our property management and sales teams. During the past 19 years James has used his exceptional IT skills to enhance client services and provide a dedicated approach to internet marketing, property presentation and personal customer service.
James' early experience with Nanette Lilley Property Centre was in the area of property management and he has remained well versed in the development of technologies relating to this department.
Nanette takes pleasure in acknowledging James’ outstanding services to the company in both technical and support roles.
Tegan comes to the Nanette Lilley Property Centre bringing with her a fresh and friendly approach to Real Estate.
With a passion for the industry and a background in business & communication, Tegan has worked within property management for the past 7 years. Property Management is her passion and she enjoys people contact and finds the industry exciting.
Providing an ethical and diligent service, Tegan believes attaining the respect of her clients both Landlords and Tenants is essential.
Communication is paramount with both Landlords and Tenants and being approachable is very important. Tegan prides herself in her work and provides the best possible service in all areas of Property Management.
Tegan is passionate about providing professionalism in a totally hassle free way. Her bubbly personality and unflappable nature, combined with depth of knowledge in risk management and general procedures in Real Estate make her an asset to the property management team.
Tegan’s position as Property Manager is to attend to all aspects of caring for your biggest asset.
Starting her career in Graceville, Eileen made the move to Toowong in early 2010. Following her early success, she found herself heading up a large department of several portfolios at one of the area’s most prestigious agencies. With such a large portfolio of quality properties spanning between Paddington, St Lucia, Sherwood and Kenmore Eileen developed a vast knowledge of the Western Suburbs, a vital skill which will assist her in managing your investment.
A registered Fitness Instructor, Eileen understand the need for work/life balance. Her huge enthusiasm for life also means that she very rarely has problems with landlords or tenants.
In joining the team at Nanette Lilley, Eileen plans to introduce the latest systems in the industry to maximise the efficiency of the department in order to ensure things run as smoothly as possible for our landlords. She would also like to expand the existing Nanette Lilley portfolio to include a larger proportion of the Western Suburbs, particularly Toowong, St Lucia and the surrounding suburbs.

Katelyn has enjoyed a career in customer service and the dental industry for a period of 3 years. She joins our Property Management team at Nanette Lilley and is looking forward to a new challenge in Real Estate utilising her skills and experience in customer service.
